  DECLARATION:  Odd(TestValue : LongInt);

      PURPOSE:  Inidcates if the argument is an odd number

         UNIT:  System

  RESULT TYPE:  Boolean

      REMARKS:  When the value of TestValue is odd, TRUE is returned;
                if it is even, FALSE is returned.
